1. Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes before your party is scheduled to allow time for check-in. Check-in is located at the front counter.
2. ALL WAIVERS MUST BE FILLED OUT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
3. All parties must pay for a minimum of 10 children. All Hoopla Play Cards will then be issued to you. Add-on’s can be applied to party packages.
4. If you would like to add additional money to each of the cards for your party, the best time to do this is at checkin with the party host.
5. The party room is only accessible for the scheduled 2 hour time block (as noted above), not from the time of arrival. In your best interest, and the interest of other birthday parties it is important that you arrive and vacate the party room as scheduled.
6. Please arrange to bring your own birthday cake. We do not provide birthday cake, and it is therefore the only outside food or beverage permitted. Please do not bring any other outside food, snacks, or drinks.
7. As it is very difficult to gather children to the party room after they are celebrating on the attractions, we suggest that all food, drinks, and cake be consumed, presents opened, etc., BEFORE allowing the children to celebrate on the attractions. There is no freezer offered to store ice cream cake.
8. A host/hostess will be assigned to your party. He/she will deliver your food to you and assist you with any questions/concerns that may arise. The host/hostess will assist in serving the food and drinks and clean up throughout the party.
9. All necessary paper goods are supplied. You are welcome to bring colored/themed goods if you so desire, however, BALLOONS ARE PROHIBITED. You may drop off your own supplies Friday before the party and we can set them up. NOTHING CAN BE HUNG ON THE WALLS.
10. Please be aware of the following state-regulated requirements: Rope Course – height requirement is less than 48”. Trampolines – must be 5 years of age. Toddler Zone – 5 & under
11. To maintain a safe and clean environment, participants must jump in our reusable Hoopla’s Xtreme non-skid socks (included in package). For safety reasons, outside socks are not allowed on the trampolines.
12. Party host will call the Thursday prior to party. They need first and last name of each jumper along with their jump sock size.
13. Toddler Zone parties only include 3 TABLES with table settings in the toddler area.
14. Hoopla’s Xtreme is not responsible for inclement weather or mechanical problems. No refunds will be given.
15. In an effort to offer the best possible service, we ask that you complete the survey form at the end of your party.
16. Hoopla’s Xtreme accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. No personal checks are accepted.
