Q: Is there a deposit required when booking a party?
A: Yes, a $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your party.
Q: How long is the party?
A: Each party includes 2 hours of private party room time with a dedicated party host.
Q: When should we arrive?
A: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party time to check in.
Q: What happens if we arrive late?
A: Parties must begin and end on time as scheduled. If you arrive late, we cannot extend your party time.
Q: Can I bring my own food or drinks?
A: The only outside food permitted is cake or cupcakes for the birthday child. No other outside food or drinks are allowed.
Q: Can I bring/hang decorations?
A: Decorations are welcome, but nothing may be taped, pinned, or hung on the party room walls. Balloons and tabletop decorations are allowed. Please note: confetti, silly string, and glitter are not permitted.
Q: What about adults?
A: Our party room seats 30 guests. Adults are welcome, but please keep in mind the seating is reserved for children, so most adults will be standing as space is limited.
Q: What if 10 kids do not show up?
A: You will still receive 10 Hoopla Play Cards. Any extras may be used by family members or added to your child’s card at the end of the party.
Q: What if extra guests show up?
A: You will need to pay the per-child guest fee.
Q: Are tablecloths included?
A: Yes, every party package includes cups, plates, napkins, tablecloths, and plasticware.
Q: What’s included in the birthday child’s package?
A: Depending on the package, the birthday child may receive bonus tickets, a spin on the birthday wheel, a Hoopla’s T-shirt, and other special gifts.
Q: Can I order food from Longshots Grill?
A: Yes! We recommend placing your order at the same time you order your party pizza and drinks.
Q: What if I need to cancel?
A: If you cancel after confirmation or do not show up, the $50 deposit is non-refundable.
